Business Legitimacy


We operate as a real online clothing business and fulfill every confirmed order. All items listed are physical products. Our pricing is lower due to our sourcing methods bulk purchasing and reduced overhead costs. Lower pricing does not mean lower quality.




Product Disclaimer


Items are sold as 1:1 inspired fashion pieces. We are not affiliated with endorsed by or partnered with any official brand. All trademarks and brand names belong to their respective owners. Customers understand what they are purchasing before completing payment.




Pricing Policy


Our products are priced affordably because of how we obtain inventory and operate primarily online. We do not maintain expensive retail storefront costs which allows us to pass savings to customers.




Payment Policy


All payments must be completed through our official pay link provided by the owner. We do not accept payments outside of the authorized pay link. This protects both the customer and the business by creating a verified transaction record. Orders are only confirmed after successful payment through the official link.




Order Processing


Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Customers will receive confirmation once their order is being prepared.




Shipping Policy


After processing shipping may take 2 to 8 business days depending on location carrier delays weather or holidays. Tracking information will be provided once shipped. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for carrier delays once the package has been shipped.




Address Responsibility


Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.




Lost or Stolen Packages


Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly if this occurs.




Damaged Items


If an item arrives damaged customers must contact the owner within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo proof of the product and packaging. Each situation will be reviewed individually.




Refund Policy


All sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or there is a verified order error. Refund requests must be sent directly to the owner before any dispute is filed. Approved refunds are issued at our discretion after review.




Cancellations


Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled.




Chargebacks and Disputes


Customers must contact the owner before filing any dispute or chargeback. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first automatically forfeits eligibility for a refund replacement or future purchases. We will submit proof of payment confirmation shipment tracking and communication to dispute any claim. Fraudulent or unnecessary chargebacks will result in a permanent ban from future purchases. If tracking confirms delivery the dispute will be contested and you agree you may lose the claim.
